“We strongly encourage motorists to plan alternate routes of travel if possible to avoid the area of Kingsland Street between Cathedral Avenue and Bloomfield Avenue on those dates,” police advised.
Nutley residents reacted with mixed emotions to the news. As seen online:
- “Not looking forward to this at all!”
- “I think we will survive. If we’re prepared we will do like when the Super Bowl was here. I think it was great that they can use the ON3 to get the buses for the people to the games. I’m not a fan of soccer or many other sports , but for events like this I will think it’s exciting!”
- “Wow exciting! Probably problematic but exciting!”
