Nutley Comes Together With Donations For Ukraine
When Nutley officials asked for help collecting "humanitarian" donations for Ukraine, plenty of people stepped up to the plate.

NUTLEY, NJ — When Nutley officials recently asked for help collecting “humanitarian” donations for Ukraine, there were plenty of people who stepped up to the plate, officials said.
According to a news release from the township:
“Just three days after the Nutley Board of Commissioners issued a statement encouraging the community to support and donate to the collection of humanitarian aid items for Ukraine (through the Holy Ascension Cathedral, Orthodox Church of Ukraine in Clifton), the collection center set up at the township’s Parks and Recreation Center has been filling up with essential items to help the Ukrainian people.”
“We are incredibly proud of the efforts our community has made to support the people of the Ukraine,” Nutley Mayor Mauro Tucci said.
