Nutley's New School Superintendent Starts This Summer
Julie Glazer of the Summit school district will take over for Russell Lazovick, who will be the new super in Bridgewater-Raritan.

Nutley, NJ – Nutley’s public schools will have a new superintendent beginning this summer.
Julie Glazer, an assistant superintendent in the Summit Public School District, will take over on July 1. Her yearly contract – with a salary of $167,500 - will run until June 30, 2021.
Glazer will supplant current superintendent Russell Lazovick.

Bridgewater-Raritan school district administrators announced in late January that Lazovick accepted the position of superintendent in their district, and will start a five-year $177,500 contract on July 1.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Glazer has served as assistant superintendent in Summit since 2008, and has degrees from Saint Peters University, DePaul University, Columbia College Chicago and Indiana University Bloomington.
