Even as interest rates are rising, there is still a lot of demand for homes in Nutley & Belleville, even as appreciation slows

The Nutley Real Estate Market Is Still Hot Even Though Higher Rates Are Cooling Some Areas, It's A Matter Of Time That This Market Will Cool But Most Likely Not in 2022.

"We listed this home at 181 Highfield Lane on a Sunday at an open house, has over 30 groups of people come through with multiple offers and a week later we are under contract with a buyer.

Even though Nutley's market is still hot, appreciation is starting to slow, the demand for homes in town is still high and probably will be for the rest of 2022, but things will change in 2023 there is no doubt in my mind that inflation and higher rates will impact the housing market.

Some are saying a crash is coming or the bubble is going to pop, I don't see that, I see more of a fizzle back to a more normal market like we had in 2015.
