Great Story Behind This One, I met this lovely woman about a year ago she was in her 80s and lived in this home for 60 years.

Her story was really an amazing one and I was so happy to help her in the end, she grew up during the nazi reign in the late 1930s early 1940s, she was a young girl when she left her family and actually escaped Nazi occupied Hungary via France with another young girl and made her way to the United States.

She landed in the USA and meet her husband where she resided in Nutley and raised her family, her husband passed over 20 years ago and she was left alone in the home and through the years the home became dilapidated and she could not keep up with it, for 20 years the home really did not have a kitchen because her husband had planned on renovating it before he got sick so he gutted it and then fell ill never to finish it.

As I mentioned I met her a year ago, was speaking to her about how we could get her out of this situation as the taxes were going up and she lived on a fixed income and the home needed repairs.

She was nervous and afraid, that home was all she knew, but she knew she had to move, we were able to gently walk her through the process and find a buyer without the hassle of showings, inspections etc and we helped her get a temporary CO so she could sell the property, we got her a cash buyer and she got her money and now, she moved closer to her family and can be happy.
