4 Bayville Mail Carriers To Receive National Safe-Driving Honor
Four local Postal Service employees have driven one million miles without an accident.
BERKELEY, NJ — Four Bavyille letter carriers will receive the U.S. Postal Service's "Million-Mile Marker" honor. Lisa Nacsimento, Adrienne Marko, Dawn Pantle and John Warchol have each driven more than 1,000,000 accident-free miles on the job.
They will receive recognition at 8 a.m. Tuesay at the Bayville Post Office (801 Atlantic City Blvd.).
More than 30,000 Postal Service employees have achieved the distinction. The U.S. has over 31,000 post offices with nearly 232,000 vehicles. More than 341,000 letter carriers and truck drivers log more than 1.2 billion miles annually.

“Safe driving is no accident,” USPS District Manager Jim Drummer said in a statement. “The safety of our employees is our top priority, and we are proud our comprehensive safe driver training program is second to none.”
