Dino Casciotti, 40, was arrested in 2010 for a burglary in a senior village home, police chief says.

Berkeley Township police have charged a Seaside Heights man with burglary and theft at a Portsmouth Drive home in Holiday City, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.
Police responded to the unoccupied home on a report of burglary on Dec. 12. The resident told police that someone had unlawfully entered the home and taken valuables, including jewelry, the chief said.
“Some pieces that were described had specific identifiers unique to the owners,” DiMichele said.
