BERKELEY, NJ — One Berkeley event has changed its time because of a bad Halloween forecast. H&M Potter School's Halloween parade will now take place at 2 p.m. Thursday for Grades 2-4 and 2:30 p.m. for preschool through first grade.

If it rains, the parade will take place in the gym. But the start times will remain the same rain or shine. Families must enter through the gym door on Deal Avenue.

The forecast calls for rain mostly before 3 p.m. and patchy fog before 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. There's a chance of showers and thunderstorms Thursday night, with gusts up to 37 mph.
