SOUTHERN OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — Looking to spread some holiday cheer this weekend? From Christmas tree lightings to holiday markets and more, there's no shortage of holly jolly festivities around the area.

Friday, Dec. 9
Head to Veterans Park in Bayville for their annual Christmas tree lighting at 5 p.m., featuring dance performances, hot chocolate, coffee and cookies and Santa Claus himself. Stick around after for a drive-in movie: "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."

The Holiday Light Spectacular returns to Corliss Lake Park in Waretown on Friday and Saturday, running from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Enjoy a holiday boat tour with the Tuckerton Seaport down Tuckerton Creek all weekend.
Saturday, Dec. 10
After being postponed last weekend, Lacey's first-ever holiday festival will be held at Gille Park from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. More than 40 vendors will be present.
Meet Santa at the Tuckerton Seaport on Santa Saturdays.
Enjoy Stafford's Holiday Wonderland and Christmas Market at Heritage Park from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., featuring craft vendors, food trucks, fire pits, ice sculptures and Santa and Mrs. Claus themselves.
