The Central Regional PTA will be offering Cooking Classes every Monday in March at 7:00 p.m. in the Central Regional High School Junior/Senior Cafeteria. For only $10.00, you can learn the tricks of the trade from some talented local chefs. A sample of each dish that will be prepared that night will be offered. Please plan on joining us for this informational forum. The following is our line-up for the four Mondays in March:
March 5th – John Todd from Water's Edge will be preparing Grilled halibut/cauliflower puree and salsa;
March 12th – Charles Turro from The Cove will be preparing summer seafood salad;

March 26th – Jim Venna from Spicy’s Cantina - tableside guacamole, salsa and chips.

Please send a check for $10 for each class you plan to attend, marking in the memo section of your check which of the series you would like to attend, to CR PTA Cooking Classes c/o CR PTA, Forest Hills Parkway, Bayville, NJ 08721. A printed copy of each recipe will be given on the night of the class.
