Fundraiser For NJ Children Who Lost Parents, Grandparents To Murder-Suicide Launched

The GoFundMe, launched to help the Russell family with funeral and childcare costs, has raised more than $20,000.

BERKELEY, NJ — A GoFundMe has been launched to support the family of the Berkeley murder-suicide victims.

The fundraiser, which has raised more than $20,000 as of Friday morning, was created to cover funeral expenses for Allan Russell, his wife Michelle Russell and their daughter, Deonna Stewart.

The rest of the money will go towards caring for Stewart's three young children.

"Allan and Michelle loved their children and grandchildren endlessly," the GoFundMe reads. "Their faith in God was immeasurable."

An Amazon list for donations for the children was also created; all items have been purchased as of Friday morning.

"This horrific act of domestic violence took three precious lives," the fundraiser reads.
