Late Night Fire Rips Through Home On Widgeon Place In Bayville

No one was injured in a late night fire that broke out in a home on Widgeon Place in the Sylvan Lakes developed, but the house was badly damaged, according to the Bayville Volunteer Fire Department’s Facebook page.

When firefighters arrived, the back of the house was fully involved and the front had heavy fire showing. All of the occupants made it out safety. The blaze was extinguished without injuries, the post states.

A number of Berkeley fire companies responsed, along with Bayville EMS, Berkeley Township police, the Ocean County Fire Marshal, Ocean County Fire Coordinators and the Red Cross.
