Man Charged With Drunk Driving In Holiday City After Smashing Into Car
Accident happened on Freeport Boulevard.

Berkeley Township police recently arrested a Toms River man for drunk driving after he crashed into a parked vehicl on Freeport Boulevard in Holiday City, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.
Police responded to the area at 3:14 p.m. on Nov. 14 on a report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Patrolman Coletti noticed the driver, Peter Guneratne, 36, Longdenville Street, was bleeding and called for first aid. Further investigation determined that Guneratne was driving under the influence when he struck the vehicle, the chief said.
Guneratne was taken to police headquarters, where he was issued summonses, DiMichele said
