Missing Woman Sought In Ocean County

Amanda Picard from Manchester was last seen at her grandmother's Holiday City at Berkeley home on Feb. 5.

MANCHESTER, NJ -- The Manchester Township Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing township woman, Amanda Picard, who was last seen on Feb. 5, police said.

Picard, 24, was dropped off by her parents at her grandmother’s home in Holiday City at Berkeley for the weekend on Feb. 5 and has not been seen since, Capt. Todd Malland said.

Picard does not have an active driver’s license and does not own a car, he said. There is no possible destination information available, he said. She also left her grandmother’s home without her cell phone, he said.

She is 5-foot-7, weighs 130 pounds and has green eyes and brown hair, Malland said.

Anyone who has any information concerning the whereabouts of Amanda Picard, or who has had any form of communication with her is asked to call Manchester police at 732-657-6111 or Detective Rich Jupinka at 732-657-2009, ext. 4206, immediately.
