Berkeley's Sounds of Summer Concert Series returns Wednesday. The opening night of the concert series will start at 6 p.m. Jersey Shore band Rock N' Rhythm, blending Doo-Wop and contemporary styles, will perform. Following will be Super TransAm, who perform 70s hits of bands like Queen, Journey and Foreigner. The night will close with a fireworks display in honor of Independence Day.
