Ocean Gate Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Girl, 5
Todd Kuchera, 44, East Avenue Avenue, committed "numerous" sexual assaults on little girl.
An Ocean Gate man is lodged in the Ocean County Jail in lieu of $350,000 cash bail after his arrest for the aggravated sexual assaults of a five-year-old girl, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Ocean County Prosecutor’s Special Victims Detective Lindsay Woodfield arrested Todd R. Kuchera, 44, on Nov. 20 and also charged him with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, said Al Della Fave.
Lindsay’s investigation alleges Kuchera committed sexual assaults on numerous occasions on the victim, who was known to him, Della Fave said.

Ocean County Superior Court Judge James Blaney set Kuchera’s bail at $350,000 cash and also implemented Nicole’s Law “no contact” with the victim stipulation, he said.
