BERKELEY, NJ — Mayor Carmen Amato and the Berkeley Police Department have announced their participation in Operation Takeback.

Operation Takeback is a way to safely and properly dispose of old, unused medications.

Medication can be dropped off on Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. through 2 p.m. at any of the below locations.

  • Holiday City South Clubhouse - Mule Road and Santiago
  • Barrier Island Complex - Route 36 South Seaside Park

No syringes or liquids are allowed. If you have any questions or if you are unsure of what you can dispose of call, 732-341-1132 ext. 2122.
