Pies On Nine Helping Beachwood Family Who Lost Home In Fire

BEACHWOOD, N.J. — Pies On Nine is helping a Beachwood family who lost their home Tuesday in a fire. You can donate gift cards and clothing to the family by bringing them to the pizzeria on 658 Atlantic City Blvd., Beachwood.

When donating, just let a Pies on Nine staff member know you're dropping off for the family. Staff will load up the truck. To start, Pies On Nine donated a gift card to their restaurant to give them one less worry about feeding their family.

Their clothing sizes are the following:

• father: 2-3X, size 12W shoe
• mother: size 16 or women's XL, size 11 shoe
• daughter: ladies small, size 3 or 4, size 9.5 shoe
• son: XL, size 10.5 shoe

At the moment, Pies On Nine is leaning more toward gift card donations.

The home was destroyed in a fire on the 1100 block of Spar Avenue, officials said. The home belongs to a member of the Beachwood Fire Department Auxiliary.
