Police Investigating Burglary Of Harborage Avenue Home

Front door of home had been forced open, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

Berkeley Township police recently responded to a report of a burglary and theft at a Harborage Avenue home, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

Patrolman Taylor Butler, Patrolman Shawn Bowens, Patrolman D.J. Williams, and Detective Michael O’Connor arrived at the house at 5 p.m. on Dec. 30. The victim told police she arrived home to find the front door had been forced open, the chief said.

The homeowner told police that numerous items were missing from the home. Detective O’Connor is investigating. Anyone with any information is asked to call 732-341-1132, ext. 153, DiMichele said.
