Bernardsville and Bedminster residents voted in favor Tuesday of keeping their incumbents in office. Republicans Janet C. Waite and Chris Schmidt each earned new three-year terms on the Bernardsville borough council. The two defeated Democrat Robert D. Frawley and Independent Craig Lawrence. Republicans Bernard Pane and Staci Santucci will return to the Bedminster Township Committee after defeating Democrats Basil Scaperdas and Laura E. Riley. Judy Creelman, Julie Goetz and Monica Burch each earned re-election to the Bedminster Board of Education.
