Another Stray Dog Found In Nutley Area
"Is the area becoming a dumping ground for unwanted animals?" online commenters ask.

The Montclair Animal Shelter announced that it found “another stray pit bull” in Nutley on Thursday, and is seeking the animal’s owners. [See above photo]
The shelter is located at 77 North Willow St., and can be contacted at 973-744-8600.
The news of yet another found dog caused a few online commenters to ask if irresponsible pet owners may be dumping unwanted animals in the area.

The municipally run shelter contracts to provide animal control services to multiple towns in Essex County, including Nutley.
On July 8, the shelter wrote on its Facebook page that it has been having an “influx of stray pit bulls.”

“Is it possible that people come to our area to dump dogs?” queried an online commenter.
“Feel like they are dumping them here,” opined another commenter.
