Bloomfield DPW Workers Visit Mets' Citi Field

Town employees return with tips from the official grounds crew of a pro baseball team.

Kenny Twesten and Chris Dinkin have now been trained by the some of the best in the game… the grounds crew of the New York Mets.

On June 10, 2015, the two Bloomfield Department of Public Works and Parks employees attended a free ground maintenance clinic at CitiField in Queens, NY, prior to that night’s game.

Schooled by official grounds crew staff, Twesten and Dinkin joined 50 other representatives of various Tri-State municipalities, schools and sports teams.
