Bloomfield Mayor, Councilors Will Be Sworn In For New Terms Friday

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield Mayor Michael Venezia and town council members Wartyna Davis, Ted Gamble and Richard Rockwell will be sworn in to their new terms at the town council meeting on Friday, Jan. 6.

Venezia, Davis, Gamble and Rockwell – all Democratic Party members – were re-elected in the 2022 general election. Each ran unopposed; no Republican Party candidates filed.

Friday’s reorganizational meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. on the second floor of the municipal building at 1 Municipal Plaza. Here’s what else is in store for the meeting, according to the agenda.
