Bloomfield Water Boil Advisory Ends: All Tests Negative, Officials Say

Bloomfield, NJ - The water boil advisory is over in Bloomfield.
On Saturday, township officials issued an update to their Thursday advisory - released after a car crash broke a water main - which recommended that residents boil all water used for consumption, brushing teeth and washing dishes.

"Water boiling advisory has been lifted," the Township of Bloomfield Public Works and Parks stated. "All tests came back negative and the water is fine. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thanks for your patience during this period. Have a great rest of the weekend."
