Getting into the system is easy. You can go to www.shoprite.com or take advantage of the Patch promotion going on now, which will save you the delivery fee at checkout. To get started, just click on the ShopRite graphic at the top of the Patch page.
You will be directed to type in your city and state, and Brookdale's contact information will pop up. Click on the live link.
Departments listed on the first page include everything from “Deli” to “Pharmacy” to “Pet Shop” to “Kosher,” with subcategories like baby bath and skin care, baby foods and baby medications in the “Baby Store” section.
Moving around the online store is easy and quick. It doesn’t take long to get a full shopping cart, especially if you regularly buy certain products and know what size and brand you prefer.
More tricky is when you don’t see the size or brand of an item you would normally buy. In this case, it is best to make a reasonable substitution or call the customer service department of the store for assistance. ShopRite from Home phone #: 973-338-1433
Using the shop-at-home online service, you can also take advantage of in-store coupons by clicking on the “circulars” tab at the top of the page. For pick-ups, there is a $10 service fee, for deliveries, there is an additional $5.95 service fee. By typing in the promo word “PATCH” you can save $10 on orders over $100.
