Car Left Running Near Bloomfield 7-Eleven, Someone Stole It: PD
Police: The theft took place when a Bloomfield man walked to the 7-Eleven on Ampere Parkway to get something to eat before he left for work.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A Bloomfield resident was victimized when someone stole his car last week, police said.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, on Dec. 9, a resident of Tunbridge Place was warming up his vehicle in front of his house and walked around the corner to the 7-Eleven on Ampere Parkway to get something to eat before he goes to work.
When the car owner returned home, he noticed his vehicle was missing, police said.

The car – a 2006 black GMC Envoy with New Jersey license plate V19DLM – was left idling with keys in the ignition, police said.
