What Is Brainspotting?

Developed by psychotherapist David Grand, Ph.D., Brainspotting brings attention to eye position, emotions, and physical sensations within a supportive therapeutic relationship. There is room to talk, notice, and pause without needing to explain every feeling as it comes up.

Our goals might include feeling more at ease with yourself, being more present outside work, or responding to relationship difficulties with less emotional overwhelm. Each person’s experience is different, and we work at a pace that fits your needs.
