Formerly Patel Family Chiropractic in Montclair, NJ in 2007, we have now relocated to a larger location eight minutes away in Bloomfield, NJ and have rebranded to Ascend Spine Center to better reflect the expanded services we will be offering to cover all your holistic healthcare needs. The new office features a larger space, ample free parking, and is conveniently located only a short drive away from the old office.
