Hundreds of Bloomfield College students and guests filled the college gymnasium on October 13th for the annual pep rally formally known to locals as “Midnight Madness” and recently changed to “Midnight Fever.”

Fraternities, Sororities, and performers entertained the crowds with choreographed moves, while BCSG, the student government, kept the crowds engaged with raffles and free give-ways.

One of the highly anticipated events of the night was the crowning of the 2011-2012 B.C. King and Queen.

When Woody Elizier, the candidate for the men’s basketball team wasn’t crowned B.C. King, the team exited the building, putting an end to their school spirit way before midnight.

With the surprise victory of Joshua Jones, the remaining students continued to celebrate the Deacon school spirit.

The rest of the newly crowned members of the B.C. court were: Candice McEvvan for B.C. Princess, Devon Jones, for B.C. Prince, and Ashley Keels for B.C. Queen.
