Personal Story: BHS Prom Queen Genesis Veintimilla

 I had been waiting forever for the night of prom to arrive just like every girl that also attended.  I obviously had so many more things to do than Matt, therefor, along with my excitement were the nerves of all the appointments I had. Though, the entire time, being prom queen was not really on my mind, until my class advisor called my name. I had simply planned on going and having a great time with all my friends.

However, being picked made my senior prom ten times better and more memorable than if I had just gone with my friends. When hearing Matt Chev's name right after they announced mine it made me literally yell because he is one of my best friends.  It was definitely an unexpected surprise and I was even happier I could share the moment with Matt.
