Kicking off our first Moms Talk Q&A session is an ongoing issue on every parents' - and taxpayers' - mind: . Bloomfield parents say the effects of the controversial negotiations have trickled down to the kids, who are now asking why teachers dress in all black on Tuesdays. Parents fear teachers will go elsewhere for work and, for this reason, a handful of moms and dads in town say their children will not be attending Bloomfield High School.
