Brick Senior Services Office Moves To Civic Plaza
The outreach office has moved temporarily until the building on Aurora Place that is being renovated is ready for use.
BRICK, NJ — Brick Township has moved its Senior Outreach Services office to the township's Civic Plaza temporarily, while renovations are being completed on its new home, Brick officials announced.
The senior services staff will be at the plaza, 270 Chambers Bridge Road, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Senior activities will continue to be held at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8867, 373 Adamston Road, until the new center is ready, officials said.

The township is converting part of the former Brick Volunteer EMS building on Aurora Place into a new Senior Center, which will move it closer to the center of town.
The building also houses the Brick Township Police Department's EMS unit.

The township has budgeted about $1 million to renovate the building and create the new senior center.
