UPDATE: Crane Operator Seriously Injured In Parkway Construction Accident In Brick
The man was flown to Jersey Shore University Medical Center for treatment, police said

UPDATE, 1:15 p.m.: A man suffered serious injuries when the crane he was operating toppled over and rolled down an embankment at a Garden State Parkway construction site Saturday morning, New Jersey State Police have confirmed.
The man, whose age and home town were not immediately available, was thrown from the crane into water when the crane toppled, Sgt. Jeff Flynn of the State Police said Saturday afternoon.
The man was pulled from the water, said Flynn, but exact details on who pulled him from the water were unavailable. The man was flown by medevac helicopter to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, for treatment of serious injuries, he said.

A person was seriously injured when the has been taken by medevac helicopter to the hospital after crane tipped over at the construction site on the Garden State Parkway in Brick, according to a scanner report posted on the Ocean County Police, Fire and EMS Facebook page.
