UPDATED: Hour-By-Hour Forecast Of Snow, Rain, Ice Storms In New Jersey
The National Weather Service has issued an alert for freezing rain, sleet and snow that's in effect Monday and Tuesday in New Jersey.

The National Weather Service has issued a ”Hazardous Weather outlook,” predicting a significant winter storm that will span several days, with snow falling Monday night, and into Tuesday, in New Jersey.
The NWS also has issued a ”Winter Weather Advisory,” an alert for freezing rain, sleet and snow that’s in effect from Monday at 6 a.m. to Tuesday at 6 a.m.

Hackettstown (North Jersey)

- Tonight: Snow and sleet, becoming all snow after 9pm. Low around 20. North wind 8 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow and sleet accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
- Tuesday: A chance of snow before 8 a.m.. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 33. North wind 7 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Montclair (Northeast New Jersey)
