Tuesday morning’s high-tide cycle will see at least minor coastal flooding, and there is potential for moderate flooding. A “watch” has not been issued for Tuesday yet to avoid “headline confusion,” according to the Sheriff’s Department.

In addition, wind-driven heavy rains will exacerbate the conditions Tuesday.
