$46K In Meth, Heroin Found Inside Bridgewater Home: Prosecutor

Breaking: The Bridgewater woman, who was allegedly selling drugs, was arrested following a search of her Sycamore Avenue home.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A large amount of meth and heroin was found inside a Bridgewater home leading to the arrest of a township woman, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson announced.

The Bridgewater woman, Gladys Gulle, 29, was allegedly selling drugs, which prompted a search of her home by detectives assigned to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force and Bound Brook Police Department’s K-9 unit, Robertson said.

On Feb. 24 at around 2:30 p.m. authorities found approximately 5 ounces of methamphetamine and approximately 46 grams of heroin inside the Sycamore Avenue home.

Gulle, who was present during the execution of the warrant, was arrested without incident.

The seized methamphetamine has an estimated street value of $26,000, and the heroin has a street value of $20,000, Robertson said.

Gulle was charged with first-degree possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and second-degree possession of heroin with the intent to distribute.

She was lodged in the Somerset County Jail pending a detention hearing.
