Soto and Murray were arrested after they were found to have items stolen from multiple vehicles in the neighborhood, said Mitzak.
Additionally, Murray had a baggy containing a white powdery substance, suspected to be a controlled and dangerous substance (CDS), said Mitzak.
In total, six motor vehicle burglaries were reported in the Bradley Gardens section of town. Of the burglaries, forced entry was not used on any of the burglaries, indicating all vehicles were unlocked, said Mitzak.
Bridgewater Police Detectives are working to identify the third suspect and find additional victims.
Soto and Murray were lodged in the Somerset County Jail. Charges against Murray for possession of CDS are pending laboratory testing. Additional counts of burglary and theft are pending.
The Bridgewater Police are reminding residents to remove valuables from their vehicles, lock the doors, and report suspicious activity.
