• AP, Graduation Rates Continue To Climb At Bridgewater-Raritan Schools (patch.com) — Bridgewater-Raritan schools are reporting rising AP participation, stronger test scores, and a graduation rate climbing to 97 percent, reflecting steady academic gains for local students. Superintendent Robert Beers also highlighted sharp declines in bullying investigations, new safety and mental health programs, and big changes ahead, including full-day kindergarten this September and major grade reconfigurations planned for 2026.    

• Bridgewater development hearings delayed amid opposition (mycentraljersey.com) — Key public hearings on two hotly debated Bridgewater development projects have been pushed back, giving residents more time to organize around traffic, parking, and neighborhood impacts. One proposal adds affordable housing near the Time to Eat Diner, while another would significantly expand Cafe Emilia with a banquet hall and bar, both drawing strong opposition from nearby homeowners and Somerville.
