Van Drives Off Chimney Rock Road, Hits Utility Pole In Bridgewater: Police (patch.com) — Drivers in Bridgewater faced a brief disruption Wednesday night after a van left Chimney Rock Road near the Route 22 overpass and struck a utility pole, bringing down wires and closing the road. Bridgewater police say no one was hurt, and repairs allowed the road to reopen by about 11:15 p.m., restoring normal traffic.
3. Bridgewater Recognizes Graduates of Citizens Police Academy (tapinto.net) — Bridgewater’s Township Council recently honored graduates of the Citizens Police Academy, highlighting residents who spent eight weeks learning how local officers work and respond to real emergencies.
