Black Bear Takes Down Bird Feeders, Garbage Cans In Bridgewater
The bear knocked over a sealed 95-gallon garbage can and also bent 2 metal bird feeders into a cane shape in Bridgewater early Sunday.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A large black bear wrecked bit of havoc early Sunday morning after he was spotted in Bridgewater.
Anthony Marino saw the bear on Washington Valley Road near Route 202/206 just after midnight on Sunday when it knocked over his sealed 95-gallon garbage pail.
"He knocked it over, took a big bag of branches out, then took the bag with kitchen waste and diapers," Marino said.

The bear walked off with "a huge contractor bag in his mouth."
The bear also made a visit three homes down where it "bent two metal bird feeders into a cane shape."

"Needless to say, I will be bringing my garbage can back into the garage from now on," Marino said.
