Branchburg Man Charged With Receiving Stolen Property, Prosecutor Says
A Branchburg man has been charged with receiving stolen properties from two burglaries in the township, Somerset County officials said.

BRANCHBURG, NJ — A Branchburg man has been charged with receiving stolen properties from two burglaries in the township, Acting Somerset County Prosecutor Annmarie Taggart said.
Branchburg Police officers arrested Jason M. Milak on June 10 at his workplace, Taggart said in a news release.
Milak, 24, faces a third-degree receiving stolen property charge, and lesser charges of fraudulent possession of a credit card and possession of drug paraphernalia, Taggart said.

Authorities had a search warrant for the hotel room where Milak was staying, Taggart said. Inside the room where items from a June 9 car burglary, stolen credit cards from a May 9 burglary, and drug paraphernalia, the news release said.
Milak was taken to Somerset County Jail ahead of a detention hearing, Taggart said.
