Bridgewater 9/11 Heroes Run/Walk To Honor, Inspire Others

The event will include a 5K certified race, 1 mile family walk with first responder vehicles and exhibits to check out all day.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The 9/11 Heroes Run/Walk is returning to Bridgewater to honor and bring people together.

“Really what we try to do is honor the character and characteristics about what people did that day to inspire other generations,” said Eamon Lawlor, Race Director. “It’s about caring for others.”

The event will kick off on Sunday, Sept. 11 and include not only the race but a "First Responder Park." On display in the main parking lot, near the start line will encompass First Responder: equipment, vehicles, and personnel for all to view and connect with.
