Bridgewater Locals Among 6 To Be Charged With DWI

Bridgewater Police also reported making arrests for for drunken disorderly conduct and shoplifting.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Two Bridgewater residents were among six people to be charged with driving while intoxicated in the township, according to the police blotter.

On Nov. 28 at 2 a.m.: Kimberly H. Pickell, 53, of Bridgewater was arrested for DWI after committing a motor violation on Route 202. Pickell was issued the following summonses: DWI, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane. She was processed for the arrest and released with a pending a court appearance.

On Nov. 28 at 6:12 p.m.: Garrett VanDoren, 57, of Manville was arrested for DWI after being involved in a single motor vehicle crash on Finderne Avenue. VanDoren was issued the following summonses: DWI, careless driving and failure to maintain lane. He was transported to RWJ University Hospital at Somerset and released with a pending court appearance.

On Nov. 30 at 12:44 a.m.: Andres Conejo, 38, of Somerville was arrested for DWI after committing a motor violation on Route 22. Conejo was issued the following summonses: DWI, failure to submit a breath sample, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to signal. He was processed for the arrest and released with a pending court appearance.

On Dec. 2 at 12:30 a.m.: Robert Resuta, 58, of Bridgewater was arrested for DWI after committing a motor violation on Route 22. Resuta was issued the following summonses: DWI, speeding, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, unsafe lane change, operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and failure to signal. He was processed for the arrest and released with a pending court appearance.

On Dec. 5 at 12 a.m.: Robyn L. Hoy, 43, of Sparta was arrested for DWI after her vehicle became disabled after being involved in a motor vehicle crash. Officers located Hoy at the Pier 1 Imports on Route 202-206. Hoy was issued the following summonses: DWI and unregistered vehicle. She was transported to RWJ University Hospital at Somerset and released with a pending court appearance.

On Dec. 7 at 1:56 a.m.: Justin Fisher, 37, of Somerville was arrested for DWI after being involved in a motor vehicle crash in the Wendy's parking lot on US 22 east. Fisher was issued the following summonses: DWI and careless driving. He was processed for the arrest and released with a pending court appearance.

On Nov. 24 at 3:15 a.m.: Marlen E. Canales, 22, of North Plainfield was arrested for drunken disorderly conduct at the Bridgewater Inn on Route 22 west. She was processed for the arrest and released with a pending court date.

On Nov. 26 at 7:30 p.m.: Janaiyah Sheltann Rozzelle, 25, of Maplewood and Tayana MarieGastelo, 25, of Rahway were arrested for Shoplifting at Target located at the Bridgewater Promenade. Rozzelle shoplifted $320 worth of items. Gastelo shoplifted $290 worth of items. Both were processed for the arrest. Rozzelle was lodged in the Somerset County Jail and Gastelo was released. Both have a pending court appearance in municipal court.

On Dec. 7 at 5:24 p.m.: Wendy K. Delossantosferrer, 32, of Bound Brook was arrested for shoplifting at Target located at the Bridgewater Promenade. Delossantosferrer shoplifted clothing, food and home goods valued at $493. She was processed for the arrest and released with a pending court appearance.
