Bridgewater Marble has renewed its lease for 50,282 square feet of space in Bound Brook and Bridgewater.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Bridgewater Marble has renewed its lease for 50,282 square feet of space at 3W Chimney Rock Road in Bound Brook and 1W Chimney Rock Road in Bridgewater, Denholtz Associates announced.
Bridgewater Marble has leased the space in the Bridgewater Business Park since beginning its fabrication and installation business in 1999. The location in the Bridgewater Business Park includes houses a showroom, warehouse and production facility.
The Bridgewater Business Park boasts approximately 380,000-square-feet of flex-industrial buildings, 115,714-square-feet of which Denholtz Associates owns located at 1W-5W Chimney Rock Road. The properties offer accommodations for a variety of tenants including an airsoft facility and gymnastics studio.
