The season concluded with a victory over Somerset County rival Hillsborough High School in the Group A state championship on Feb. 25 at the Neptune Aquatic Center.

This win marked the fifth state title in the history of the program and the first since 2018.

The girls’ team also secured a state title that same day at the Neptune Aquatic Center by defeating Cherry Hill High School East. This victory earned the girls’ program its sixth state championship and its first since 2019.

Evan Seavey, the Bridgewater-Raritan boys’ swim coach, observed Lee throughout his four-year high school career.

"Jaden's impact on our swim program over the past four years has been immeasurable," Seavey said. "He is a fantastic role model who sets the tone for how each team member should carry themselves, both in and out of the pool."

Seavey noted that Lee consistently supported his peers throughout the season.

"He celebrates his teammates' accomplishments just as much as his own," Seavey said. "He was always the first person to encourage his teammates when they needed that extra boost or console them if they were not happy with a result."

According to Seavey, the team holds great respect for Lee and looks forward to his future. Lee is now prepared to continue his swimming career at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
