Dog Abandoned On Side Of Road, Bound Brook Police Seek Public's Help

Bound Brook Police released photos of a dark-colored vehicle (appears to be a Ford Escape) wanted in connection with the abandoned dog.

BOUND BROOK, NJ — Bound Brook Police are asking the public for help after a dog was abandoned on the side of the road this weekend.

On Saturday, Feb. 11, police were called to the area of West Second Street and Hardy Avenue for the report of a stray dog.

The caller told police that a dark-colored vehicle (appears to be a Ford Escape) pulled to the side of the road to let the dog loose, said Bound Brook Police Department.

Police released pictures of the vehicle involved, hoping someone can identify the car.
