Scoop it Chop it Cook it by Tara Brennan/Cooking demo & book signing


As a specialty industry executive, Tara Brennan believes
that the natural, healthy and delicious foods found in the Mediterranean Bar (the “MedBar”) section of most local supermarkets are the star ingredients of your next meal. Roasted peppers and tomatoes, marinated artichokes, a world of olives – traditional components of your antipasti platter are also truly versatile ingredients that make cooking a snap.  With more than twenty years of experience talking about her antipasti products and conducting training sessions in supermarkets and gourmet stores around the country, Tara now shares her expertise and introduces her unique MedBar approach to cooking

Tara will be on the road this Fall visiting Wegmans
supermarkets, doing cooking demonstrations, and teaching everyday cooks the MedBar approach to cooking.  She will be at the Wegmans Food Market on 724 U.S. 202 in Bridgewater on Sunday, September 30th at 11am.
