Flood Advisory Issued For Somerset County Tuesday
Breaking; Briefly moderate to heavy rain is predicted which will cause pockets of brief minor flooding in Somerset County, the NWS reported.

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — A flood advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for Somerset County until 8:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Briefly moderate to heavy rain is predicted, which will cause pockets of brief minor flooding over and near the Interstate 95 corridor this afternoon. A few overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area, the NWS reported.
Storm total rainfall in this area by 6 p.m. should range from one third to 1 inch with the 1 inch amounts closer to Philadelphia and Wilmington.
