Foothill Road Closure To Impact Bridgewater Middle School Traffic

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Foothill Road in Bridgewater is closed on Tuesday for ongoing construction and parents should expect delays near the Middle School.

Foothill Road is closed on Feb. 27 between Merriwood Road and Somerville Road.

Parents of students are asked to come in from Steele Gap Road following the detour and then exit the school continuing onto Vogt Drive.

"This will lead to less confusion for everyone. Please do NOT enter from Vogt. Officers are on hand to assist our traffic patterns, and we thank you for your patience!" said Bridgewater Police.

The ongoing construction is part of PSE&G’s gas main replacement project.
