Former Bradley Gardens Fire Chief David Whitesell Dies

A celebration of life for Whitesell is Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Bradley Gardens Volunteer firehouse, beginning at 2 p.m.

"Dave always gave all, and was a kind soul always willing to lend a helpful hand to anyone in need," the fire company said. "He will truly be missed by all.​" His age and cause of death were not immediately available.

BRADLEY GARDENS, NJ — A former Bradley Gardens Volunteer Fire Company Chief David Whitesell has died, the fire company announced.

Whitesell served the fire company for 47 years, as a trustee, fire commissioner for Bridgewater District 2, President, and Chief. He served as Vice President of the fire company until his death and Head Trustee to the company's relief association.

His age and cause of death were not immediately available.

A celebration of life will be Thursday, Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. at the firehouse.
